This year, they’re anticipating higher renewal rates, as Cayette-Weston noted that they’re currently hovering between a healthy renewal rate of 70% to 90%.

With the addition of new and upgraded private club areas, event and suite levels, and improved circulation within the building, Hornets’ management is focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
