Biscuit Belly to Open in Fort Mill, Promising a Unique Brunch Experience

Big Brunch News: Biscuit Belly Makes Its Way to Fort Mill!

Fort Mill, South Carolina is about to get a delightful new addition to its brunch scene, as Biscuit Belly is set to open its doors on November 12! This popular Kentucky-based craft-casual brunch spot is making its debut in Fort Mill Crossing, located at 2147 W. Highway 160. Food lovers and brunch enthusiasts, are you ready for some mouthwatering biscuit creations?

A New Brunch Experience

If you haven’t heard of Biscuit Belly yet, get ready to be impressed. The restaurant focuses on scratch-made biscuits that are anything but ordinary. Imagine diving into gourmet biscuit sandwiches that will make your taste buds sing! For instance, there’s the Brisket Biscuit, which features savory brisket tucked into a blissfully fluffy biscuit. If you’re in the mood for something extra special, try the G.O.AT—it’s a buttermilk fried chicken breast lavishly topped with sweet pepper jelly and creamy goat cheese. You really can’t go wrong with choices like that!

More Than Just Biscuits

But wait, there’s more! Biscuit Belly also serves up gravy-covered biscuits that are just calling your name. You can’t miss The Frenchie, a delightful biscuit-style French toast that adds a unique twist to your brunch menu. Classic breakfast plates packed with eggs, avocado toast, fluffy pancakes, and a yogurt bowl overflowing with berries are also available, catering to those who love a more traditional start to their day.

If you’re after a hearty meal, check out their Brekkie Bowls, which are a delicious combination of home fries or cheese grits topped with vibrant vegetables, goat cheese, and a flavorful poblano-tomato sauce. Biscuit Belly truly has something for everyone!

The Team Behind the Magic

The brains behind this exciting new location is Jordan Franks, who not only operates the Fort Mill spot but also the recent flagship that just opened in Charlotte’s Elizabeth neighborhood. A Charlotte native himself, Franks is part of the Alabama-based Power Brands Hospitality Group, a team that includes seasoned restaurant operators Todd Gallinek and Deepen Patel.

These industry pros have plans to open six Biscuit Belly locations in the Charlotte area, quickly establishing a brand presence. Power Brands also manages several franchises, including Biscuit Belly, Nothing But Noodles, and Super Chix, ensuring a diverse dining experience for all in south Charlotte and beyond.

A Flourishing Franchise

Started in 2019 by the husband-and-wife team, Chad and Lauren Coulter, Biscuit Belly has grown rapidly in just a few short years. By 2020, they began franchising, and now you can find 12 Biscuit Belly locations stretching across Kentucky, the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, and Virginia. Excitingly, three more locations are underway, with additional leases already signed!

For those interested in ownership, the initial investment to open a Biscuit Belly franchise ranges between $702,000 and $1,187,000. This figure includes a $40,000 franchise fee and a minimum commitment of three units—definitely a significant venture for those looking to join the Biscuit Belly family!

The Countdown Begins!

As Fort Mill gears up for the opening of Biscuit Belly, residents are encouraged to get ready for an experience that will surely transform their brunch outings. With a fantastic menu brimming with creativity and deliciousness, it’s safe to say this spot will quickly become a local favorite.

Mark your calendars for November 12 and get ready for a taste of Biscuit Belly. Whether it’s a peaceful breakfast or a vibrant mid-morning brunch with friends, this hot new spot promises plenty of flavor and fun. Happy dining ahead!
