The popular, bustling restaurant, which first started in the early 1990s, today offers everything from photo-worthy letter-shaped doughnuts to intricate bespoke wedding cakes.
Suárez is a slice of nostalgia: an old-school counter-service bakery with a devoted following—birthday cakes for the same family year after year, pastries bought with a hot cup of coffee before heading to work. The bakery’s story isn’t only about what occurred in the past, though. Every day, the family, as well as the entire corporation, looks forward to it.
