CHARLOTTE, N.C. (HERE News) – A person was hurt after a car slammed into a house in east Charlotte late Wednesday night. The crash happened just before midnight along Robinson Church Road near East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
It appeared the driver lost control before going through a fence and into the side of the house. The car, identified as a Dodge Charger, left a hole in the home, damaging a window and ripping off siding in the process.
According to Medic, one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. It is unclear if that person was in the car or the house.
A recent incident involved a stolen car intentionally crashed into a vape shop in Charlotte, according to a source. The authorities are looking into the matter.
