Throughout Black History Month, the city of Charlotte has been highlighting opportunities to support Black-owned businesses and organizations across the Queen City. Instead of creating their own list of recommendations, local Black influencers were consulted to provide their suggestions on where to eat, drink, shop, and support. Here are some of the top picks shared by these influencers:
Location: 11211 Allen Station Drive, Mint Hill
Description: Blanket Pancakes and Syrup, founded by Deven and Marquita Carter, offers pancake mixes that can be found in major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Costco. Made with clean, simple ingredients, all you need to do is add water to enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Description: The Creative Hub by CLT Black Owned provides a space for creatives to record podcasts, host events, and engage in various creative activities. Located on East Boulevard, this space supports creative entrepreneurs and fosters a sense of community among its members.
