Savor Charlotte returning to the QC in March

Over 80 restaurants are celebrating Charlotte’s diverse, culinary scene from March 12-26

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Are you ready to embark on a culinary journey through our beloved QC? If so, read on because Savor Charlotte has returned, highlighting local restaurants and culinary artists during this two-week-long exceptional event. Customers can look forward to special offers, exclusive menus, and hands-on classes at more than 80 participating restaurants.

Culinary Delights Await

Today Chef Shai Fargian and Carmen Vazquez with Calle Sol Latin Café joined us in the QC Kitchen to kick off the event. They also prepared their ‘Frita Burger’ for us, a classic Miami-style burger they will be serving exclusively during Savor Charlotte on weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m. It is made of beef and house-made chorizo, topped with melted Muenster, jazzed-up ketchup and crispy papitas on a buttery brioche bun.

Located in the heart of Plaza Midwood, Calle Sol is a Latin coffee shop, well-known for its casual atmosphere, regular live music performances, and delicious Cuban and Peruvian cuisines, with touches from across Latin America.

Join the Celebration

With over 80 participating restaurants, Savor Charlotte offers a diverse range of culinary experiences for residents and visitors alike. From traditional Southern comfort food to international flavors, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

For a complete list of the participating restaurants, check out the Savor Charlotte website. Stay updated on all the Savor Charlotte happenings by following Calle Sol Latin Café on their website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
