Charlotte Security Guard Accused of Sexually Attacking Impaired Woman
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (HERE News) – A Charlotte security guard was accused of sexually attacking an impaired woman over the weekend, according to records.
A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police report says Jeffery Carson was arrested and charged with second-degree forcible sexual offense. The victim said Carson attacked her along West Fifth Street while she was impaired and, during the ordeal, drove the victim home, where she was once again attacked.
Carson’s bond was set at $200,000, and his probable cause hearing is scheduled for May 7.
