Greystar is gearing up to develop up to 306 residential units designed primarily for young professionals and families. Sullivan added, “This site created an opportunity to provide new housing at a lower cost that is close to jobs and people. Ongoing Projects by Greystar

They are also currently managing another sizable project called Birchway Eastfield Station, which will feature 402 units at 6106 Hucks Road in north Charlotte and is expected to wrap up in 2026.
