The man attempted to depart from the workplace, but he was intercepted by Reed, who pulled her vehicle upfront to create a blockade. The female co-worker then approached the man’s car, armed with a gun, on the passenger side. This confrontation provoked the man to draw his handgun and fire multiple shots at her chest.
