The Recording Academy just dropped its nominations for the 2025 Grammy Awards, and guess who made the list? Melvin Crispell III, not just once, but TWICE! What an incredible achievement, right? He has earned nominations for Best Gospel Album for his heartfelt release, “Covered Vol. 1”, and Best Gospel Song for his soul-stirring rendition of “Yesterday”, originally brought to life by the iconic gospel duo Mary Mary back in 2005.
