The completion of this project marks Westplan’s second multifamily development in Charlotte, with their first being Accent Southrail at 6026 Station Crossing Ave, which features 304 units and an amazing selection of 53 build-to-rent townhomes. While the specifics about upcoming projects are still under wraps, Foster assures that Charlotte is a top priority for their company. “Charlotte is one of the top markets we target as a company, so we wanted to grow more intentionally,” he revealed. “We don’t want to do projects for the sake of doing them; we want to do meaningful projects that we have high conviction in.”
